Simple and flexible packages for the individual web presence tailored especially for associations, clubs and SME’s. Our packages come without contracts demanding years of hosting or support. You choose the hosting provider and decide how much support and webmaster functions you would like to delegate to us. Simply book us on a hourly basis if required.
Website and Hosting
Our specialty is the modular open source product WordPress.
However, you can freely choose a provider when it comes to the design of your website. We’re happy to advise you on this.
For operating any website we are based on a current and fast provider.
If you would like to manage your website yourself, we leave the choice of the provider to you. If you don’t have any preference, we will gladly recommend one of our hosting provider partners.
Design and Content
We create a completely new website for you.
Alternatively we remodel your existing site.
Just fill out our questionnaire, search/select images, determine the colors, and define the fonts for written texts. If you like you can send us links from websites that you find attractive or sketch your ideas.
We will gladly implement your design pixel by pixel. Or you can book a few hours with our UX and web design specialists.
Packages and Scope
For a first web presence with a modern design, three basic pages are usually sufficient. This corresponds to our Starter Package.
The main page is divided into several sections.
Further pages contain the products, services, company presentation, contact information including the imprint.
You can add more pages or add them ad a later point. More languages can be ordered or added later on.
Maintenance and Operation
Throughout the development, support and assistance is included in the package.
After your approval, changes will be invoiced according to time and effort.
You can optionally choose one of our operating models. From basic support and maintenance up to complete webmaster activity.
We recommend Managed Website Basic as the basis for professional operation. In this package, we take over the hosting operation, set up backups and keep the software and plugins up to date. The web security settings are also regularly checked and adjusted.
Images say more than words
Integrating images on your new website is essential.
But you should always consider copyright protection.
Nowadays, lots of services provide images as well as drawings or icons freely available to everybody.
We support you in your search for the best images and
advise you on copyright protection and licenses to avoid unpleasant surprises.
Website packages
Our packages include the expenses for the development of the individual website according to the customer’s specifications (questionnaire), or based on an existing website to be renewed.
If not requested otherwise, the website will be built based on WordPress templates and installed on the desired server/provider.
Not included in the packages:
fees for provider, email, DNS, certificates.
Set up and change of DNS entries and email configurations.
